After purchase, we will contact you to provide you with a shipping label. You will send your plush to our business address and we will custom weight it to your specifications. All plush will be handled with the utmost care and love during their stay! Once weighted, we will mail your plush back to you. Though every effort is made to ensure your plushie's safe return home, once it has shipped it is out of our hands and we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged packages. Plush are weighted with non-toxic plastic poly pellets placed inside a pouch to prevent bead spillage.
